A number of farkles had been held in reserve pending the acquisition of the GSA. In a productive evening, they were all put in place. They gave the new bike a connection to the old, and took a little of the newness off. Ironically, I want the newness to go away, not last as long as possible. Its a GS thing. So on goes the touratech headlight guard. It served the former bike well having deflected at least two sure lens-crackers. On goes the pivot pegs. These were a big improvement over the regular GS pegs, but on the GSA, they are about the same size and shape. However, they have the pivot feature. On goes the battery tender pigtail. On goes the Sargent seat.
